The national book manufacturing and information services company chose the Xerox Nuvera 144 EA system – a black-and-white digital press that creates 144 pages per minute – for its sharp image quality. For example, the company produces educational, trade, genealogy and scholarly books that require accurate halftones and precise graphics.

The HF Group also uses a Xerox iGen3® Digital Production Press with Automated Color Quality Suite Press Matching System to produce high-quality book covers and full-color pages. Automated color matching – a hallmark of the Xerox iGen family of presses – allows for quick press set up, faster time to production and greater color stability.
 
Xerox FreeFlow® Process Manager software provides additional automation and streamlines efficiency. It adapts to The HF Group’s varying prepress needs and automates functions such as resizing and cropping, saving valuable time in prepping book printing jobs.
