Tybera's E-Filing Solution Makes a Strong Case for Managing Legal Documents
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Xerox owned company recently found themselves on the court docket in Arkansas. Not for litigious reasons, but because they are helping to transform Arkansas' court system with e-filing technology from Tybera Development Group.
The Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts has awarded ACS a contract to implement e-filing in the State Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Circuit Court and District Court, which represents a coup for ACS. It has also resulted in a boon to Tybera, whose e-filing software integrates with ACS' Contexte case management system, a system currently used in the State’s courts for sharing information and managing court operations.
